1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OmniFuel mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Not Medical Advice
OmniFuel is a personal logging and tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional nutritional guidance. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or qualified medical professional before:
- Starting or modifying a diet or exercise program
- Using supplements, peptides, or any health compounds
- Making decisions based on data tracked in the App
Supplement and peptide tracking features are provided strictly for personal record-keeping. OmniFuel does not endorse, recommend, or advise on the use of any compound.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OmniFuel for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App to build a competing product or service
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our API
4. Free and Pro Tiers
OmniFuel offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro features are only available to active subscribers. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and subject to Google Play's billing terms. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier with reasonable notice.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you log in the App
- Any health or lifestyle decisions you make based on App data
- Keeping your device and the App secure
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
6. AI Features
OmniFuel includes AI-powered features (food logging assistant, HealthBot). These features are provided for convenience and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated responses for medical, nutritional, or clinical decisions. AI responses are not reviewed by medical professionals.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and code in OmniFuel is owned by or licensed to us. The OmniFuel name, logo, and trade dress are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING HEALTH OUTCOMES BASED ON APP DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
